“This was a real scientific challenge in our kitchen. We decided to combine two baking techniques – crème caramel and a sponge cake together. Infused that with our 3 favorite flavors of coconut, pandan and Gula Melaka and one of our all-time favorites was born. Surely a Malaysian treat for all! “
