We are the proud parents of the first pulut hitam cake in the Malaysian market. Inspired by our traditional Pulut Hitam dessert, we concocted a lovely aromatic pulut hitam filling that complement perfectly with our subtle gula melaka cream cheese frosting.
After experimenting with several pulut hitam varieties, we discovered the perfect strain from Thailand, which gives us the rich flavor only suitable as our filling.
